10-minute Planner by Blinkar

Blinkar (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the 10-minute Planner application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

By using 10-minute Planner, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Email and password if you create an email-based account via Firebase Authentication.
  • Anonymous identifier if you use the App without creating an account. Firebase assigns a unique anonymous ID to your device session.

User Content

When you use 10-minute Planner, you create content that is stored in our systems:

  • Daily plans
  • To-do items
  • Time blocks
  • Memos
  • Handwriting and drawing stroke data

This content is yours. We store it solely to provide the App's functionality.

Subscription Information

If you subscribe to a paid plan, RevenueCat processes your subscription. RevenueCat receives:

  • An anonymous user identifier
  • Purchase receipts from Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscription status (active, expired, trial, etc.)

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat.

Crash and Diagnostic Data

We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic information. This may include:

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App version
  • Crash logs and stack traces
  • Anonymous device identifiers

This data helps us identify and fix bugs.

Information We Do Not Collect

  • Location data
  • Photos or camera data
  • Contacts
  • Browsing history
  • Third-party analytics or advertising data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the App
  • Sync your plans, to-dos, time blocks, memos, and drawings across your devices
  • Process and manage subscriptions
  • Diagnose crashes and improve App stability
  • Communicate with you about support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase servers operated by Google. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

  • Account deletion: You can delete your account from within the App. When you delete your account, all associated data — including plans, to-dos, time blocks, memos, and stroke data — is permanently deleted from our servers.
  • Anonymous accounts: Data associated with anonymous sessions is retained until you delete the App or the anonymous session expires.

6. Children's Privacy

10-minute Planner is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@blinkar.dev and we will delete that information.

7. Your Rights

For Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Delete your personal data
  • Port your data (receive it in a structured, machine-readable format)
  • Restrict or object to processing of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

For Users in California (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Delete your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and notify you through the App or by other reasonable means.
